As head of SRi, Jeff is responsible for overseeing and managing SRi's research programs. Jeff has personally managed and designed hundreds of custom studies. Techniques used have ranged from media measurement and full property valuations to traditional quantitative and qualitative research designs.
Jeff has over ten years of market research experience, seven of which have been dedicated to the field of sponsorship and experiential marketing measurement. Jeff began his research career with Ziment Associates, a leading market research supplier in the pharmaceutical and packaged goods industries.
Responding to the demand within the industry for more actionable research, Jeff leads continual development and implementation of SRi’s analytical capabilities. Through the use of advanced analytical techniques used in traditional market research within other industries, SRi is helping clients go beyond basic scorecard measurement and understanding of “what” happened to a deeper understanding of “why” a program is successful, “how” to maximize its success and “who” is most impacted.
Jeff is active within the industry. He has spoken at industry conferences and sponsor summits and contributed to industry publications such as Event Marketer and Sports Business Daily.
