Directions

 From Interstate 95 Southbound:

• Take exit 16
• Turn left off the exit ramp onto East Avenue.
• Continue straight for about 1/2 mile and proceed under railroad underpass.
• Turn right after the underpass into the parking lot.

 From Interstate 95 Northbound:

• Take I95 to exit 16.
• Turn right off the exit ramp onto East Avenue.
• Continue straight for about 1/2 mile and proceed under railroad underpass.
• Turn right after the underpass into the parking lot.

 From Merritt Parkway Southbound:

• Take Merritt to Exit 41
• Turn right off exit ramp; you will now be on Route 33 (Wilton Road).
• Follow Route 33 for approximately 1.9 miles.
• Continue straight crossing Route 1 and stay on Route 33.
• Follow for an additional 3.9 miles (Route 33 will become Route 136).
• At 7th traffic light continue straight towards Fitness Edge into our parking lot.

 From Merritt Parkway Northbound:

• Take Merritt Parkway to Exit 39A .
• Merge onto US-7 connector for approximately 2 miles .
• Take the I-95 North exit.
• Take I95 to exit 16.
• Turn right off the exit ramp onto East Avenue.
• Continue straight for about 1/2 mile and proceed under railroad overpass.
• Turn right after the overpass into the parking lot.

 From Metro North/New Haven Train Line:

• Exit at the "East Norwalk" train station.
• Velocity’s office building is located on the south side of the railroad tracks.
